Indiana Tech was founded in 1930 in Fort Wayne, Indiana, originally known as Indiana Technical College, and focused primarily on teaching engineering and science. During our 80+ year history we have continued our focus on career-oriented education and have expanded our academic offerings to become a more comprehensive university. We are a private, non-profit university providing degree programs in business, engineering, computer studies, criminal sciences, and other social science fields. We have expanded beyond Fort Wayne with regional campuses and locations throughout Indiana and Kentucky. Indiana Tech is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission of the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools.
The College of Professional Studies program offers motivated students an alternative to traditional full-term classes. For undergraduate students, semesters are made up of five-week classes, while for graduate students there are six-week classes within a semester. The program is designed for the working adult student, and textbook rental is included in the tuition cost for all undergraduate degrees and most graduate classes. The College of Professional studies offers added flexibility in that students may opt to take a combination of online and campus courses.
Every course saves you money, time, and counts for credit towards your degree.
Your membership includes eTextbooks, tutoring, and live student support.
