Nikki C. Epps is a health science and business adjunct professor. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from Xavier University of Louisiana and a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Health Care Management from the University of Phoenix. She has 3 years of online teaching experience in the areas of Medical Terminology, Anatomy and Physiology I and II and Health Care Administration. Recently, she worked as community outreach coordinator and Operations Manager for St. Tammany Community Health Center, a Federally Qualified Health Center, which provides health care to individuals including low income and the uninsured population. She is a mother of two and a native of New Orleans, La. She currently resides just outside of New Orleans, La.
