This course will start with a descriptive approach. You will first learn about the branch of mechanics that describes motion. From mechanics, you’ll move to the study of energy, power, and momentum. These concepts will be defined rigorously. You’ll learn how Newton’s laws need to be modified to avoid limitations: a few new and simple ideas introduced by Einstein. To conclude, you’ll learn about Heat and Thermodynamics, including the 1st and 2nd Law of Thermodynamics.

Transferred in 3 Classes from StraighterLine to an Accredited University
It's legit. As a student, you just need to double-check to make sure classes are transferable beforehand to the university/college you want to attend. This service saved me a semester of tuition (a couple hundred bucks spent vs. a few thousand. That's a pretty good deal). If you're able to transfer the credits you earn from StraighterLine into your school of choice, do it!
Go at Your Own Speed Like I Did!
Going at my own pace has allowed me to complete two courses within a month while working on my third course at the same time. It’s super fast and easy. My school has already received my transcripts and approved the courses.
Two Weeks to an A
My experience was exceptional! The readings were easy, the writing assignments were clear, and the short-term exams were manageable. I finished my course within two weeks and passed with an A.
