What's included in the USU Career Advancement Academy?
The academy requires you to successfully complete the Student Success (Success101) course. You then have the option to complete Developmental Foundational Writing (ENG099) and/or Introductory Algebra (MAT099) to help bolster your college readiness.

This college prep course prepares you for academic success in higher education. Student Success introduces you to various strategies for learning and other skills that are often overlooked when planning for college.
Development Writing (ENG099)
N/A Credits
Examine the fundamental process, theories, and methods that will help enhance your overall writing ability. This non-credit college prep course prepares you to meet basic college-level writing requirements.
Introductory Algebra (MAT099)
N/A Credits
This college prep course prepares you to successfully complete College Algebra, which is a common gen ed requirement for most degree programs.
