Anatomy & Physiology II
Picking up where A&P I left off, in Anatomy & Physiology II you focus on the major parts of the body and how they work independently as well as together. Start with the cardiovascular system. Next, explore the lymphatic system, immunity and the three lines of defense the body has against pathogens. Then it’s on to the respiratory, digestive, and urinary systems as well as nutrition, metabolism and body fluid balances. Finally, you will study the male and female reproductive systems as well as stages of human development, growth and aging.
* A 3-credit StraighterLine course is estimated to require approximately 75 hours of study time. Dedicating 17-20 hours per week should allow a student to finish within a single month subscription. That estimate is not guaranteed, and individual experience may differ. Prices do not include books.
