Refund Policy

*Requests for refunds and/or late cancellations and partial refunds must be made via email to advisor@straighterline.com, and absolutely no requests by telephone will be accepted.

** Additional $39 subscription course enrollments after initial enrollment are non-refundable once the access key for that course has been entered, even if no assessments have been completed.

***Students may cancel their Monthly Subscription at any time before their next scheduled subscription payment date to avoid further charges on that date (please note the subscription must be canceled the night before the billing date by 11:59 p.m. EST to avoid automatic billing).

****Eligibility for late cancellation and partial refund as provided above requires that there is no course access or activity after the relevant subscription date.

For Initial Enrollments, students are no longer eligible for a refund once a course assessment has been accessed.  For subsequent subscription payments, students are no longer eligible for refund if there has been any course access or activity since the subscription payment date.
