About University of the Incarnate Word

The University of the Incarnate Word is a private liberal arts university with a 130-year tradition of educating diverse populations throughout the world within the context of faith. UIW is the largest Catholic University in the state and the fourth largest private university in Texas.  At UIW, we are committed to shaping good minds of strong character that will expand our world, and our universe. More than 70 degrees are offered to the over 8400 students at the undergraduate, graduate and doctoral levels.
