Taking courses online can be daunting, especially if you’re previously familiar with standard brick-and-mortar education models. There are a lot of new tools to learn and get used to, and depending on technology can add an extra variable to your classes.

At StraighterLine, we provide a number of orientation videos and walkthrough tutorials for our new students. You’ll always have access to visual guidance on using your dashboard, progressing through courses, submitting assignments, viewing grades and feedback, and taking exams. We want you to feel comfortable and confident, so you can focus entirely on your studies.

StraighterLine offers free, one-on-one online tutoring for all of our students, completely included with the cost of your membership. These tutoring services include access to our writing center for support on written assignments as well as scheduling and drop-in options for other specific questions.
